Biography of Mahatma Gandhi in English
Mahatma Gandhi was born on 2 October 1869 at a place called Porbandar in Gujarat and his full name is Mohan Das Karam Chand Gandhi. His mother's name is Putli Bai and his father's name is Karam Chand Gandhi.Gandhi's father was the Diwan of a small princely state of Porbandar in Kathiawar. (ie Chief Minister)
